Job Summary
Conduct individualized, high-quality patient care for oncology clients within a clinical environment administered by Nurse Managers. Practice under the Wellstar Shared Governance Model and Wellstar Professional Practice Model, adhering to evidence-based research and the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act. Uphold patient voices, system policies, and procedures while supporting service excellence goals as a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team. Maintain licensure and required certifications including RN and BLS.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing
- Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- Less than 1 year Completion of accredited/ approved school of nursing with requisition clinical hours
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- Direct patient care experience Preferred
