Registered Nurse (RN) - On Call

Assess resident conditions, monitor changes, and communicate effectively with providers while administering medications and treatments safely. Respond to call-offs, increased census, and urgent staffing needs across shifts to support nursing operations and resident care outcomes. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory standards while collaborating with CNAs and Medication Aides. Ensure accurate documentation, uphold infection control and safety standards, and serve as a clinical resource on assigned shifts. Requires active RN license in Nebraska, CPR/BLS certification, and experience in long-term care.
