Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) providing planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process (Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Evaluation). Develops nursing care plans with patient, family, and interdisciplinary staff; communicates changes in clinical condition with physicians and nursing leadership; participates in discharge planning. Requires active RN licensure in the state and BLS certification; inpatient rehabilitation experience is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication, organization, prioritization, analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight timelines. Includes a comprehensive benefits package and a sign-on bonus for night shift.
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross (online certification not acceptable)
