Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) with occupational/travel health experience to support Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, NM. Responsibilities include conducting and coordinating occupational surveillance exams, fitness-for-duty evaluations, drug testing, immunizations, allergy injections, Return to Work determinations, and general nursing care; maintain equipment; support physicians; participate in internal continuing education; and potentially perform medical assistant duties as needed. Must have 5+ years of nursing experience, ADN or BSN, NM RN license, BLS, and be eligible for security clearances. Schedule is 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related experience
- Graduate from a nationally accredited institution with ADN or BSN
- Current RN certification and NM state licensure
- BLS certification
- English language proficiency
- U.S. Citizenship for DOE contract security clearance
- Ability to pass Secret Security Clearance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, etc.
