Job Summary
RN in Med/Surg Observation Unit (24-bed telemetry) working nights. Responsibilities include systematic assessment/reassessment, nursing diagnosis and outcomes, implementation and coordination of care, and evaluation of patient outcomes. Unit supports a multidisciplinary team with charge nurse, unit assistants, respiratory, lab, and case management. Orientation includes 6-8 weeks with preceptors and a nurse residency program for new graduates. Compensation includes hourly pay with differentials; benefits include health/dental/vision, disability, life, PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, retirement, and parking. Requires Oklahoma RN license and BLS; ADN/ Diploma required, BSN/MSN preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Oklahoma Registered Nurse license
- BSN/MSN preferred or ADN/diploma required
- BLS certification
- Nursing experience in hospital setting preferred
- Nursing orientation program and nurse residency for new grads
