Registered Nurse (RN)- Observation Unit

Assess, collect, and document patient health information while maintaining privacy and therapeutic relationships. Apply the nursing process to deliver safe, high-quality care for high-acuity populations, communicating effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Coordinate discharge planning and collaborative interventions, monitoring critical values and reporting status changes using established protocols. Administer medications safely and prevent hospital-acquired infections by adhering to infection control practices and National Patient Safety Goals. Demonstrate clinical judgment and leadership to promote efficient patient flow while mentoring colleagues and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
