Registered Nurse (RN)- Observation

Provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit by rendering individualized, age-specific bedside care based on the nursing process and patient needs. Coordinate care planning with other disciplines and systematically evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify patient goals. Assess, plan, delegate, and utilize independent judgment in directing other healthcare employees while participating in hourly rounding. Observe safety guidelines and safe work practices, and may be asked to serve as a shift supervisor in charge.
