Job Summary
Assess patient needs using a population-based approach while demonstrating knowledge of professional standards, accreditation requirements, and LVN scope of practice. Lead unlicensed assistive personnel and evaluate personal role performance against discipline-specific theory and principles. Complete mandatory MAB training on the first day and obtain current CA State licensure, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications within specified timelines. Secure NIHSS certification within six months of hire. Maintain adherence to all job and physical requirements outlined in the description.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program
- Current CA State licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Current BLS (American Heart Association) certification
- Current ACLS (American Heart Association)
- Current PALS (American Heart Association)
- MAB completed on the first day of work
- Current NIHSS certificate
