Registered Nurse (RN)- OB Triage (FT 11am - 11:30 pm)

Assess, diagnose, and evaluate patient care through outcome identification and evidence-based practice while administering, monitoring, and documenting therapeutic interventions. Coordinate patient care by communicating extensively with the healthcare team, patients, and families to manage rapidly changing situations and participate in clinical decision-making. Educate patients and families regarding disease processes, care needs, and safety issues, while delegating and monitoring care rendered by other team members. Demonstrate high standards of professional ethics and standard precautions, and actively participate in performance improvement activities and team development. Maintain professional competencies and stay abreast of current nursing practice through ongoing education. Requires valid NJ RN license and 1-2 years L&D experience.
