Registered Nurse (RN) - Nursing Supervisor - Maryview Medical Center

Supervise and coordinate hospital personnel to maintain continuity of patient care when unit managers are absent. Assign patients based on staff ability and needs, evaluate care provided by others, and provide feedback to personnel. Oversee nursing units to assess patient conditions, evaluate census and acuity levels, and collaborate with the Resource Optimization Center for assignments. Respond to emergency codes, direct staff during crises, and escalate issues through the chain of command. Manage supply chain delivery of medications, equipment, and linen while utilizing the nursing process to assess patient needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and address patient and unit issues through problem-solving. Work nights with a scheduled weekly shift of 24 hours.
