Registered Nurse, RN - Nursing Medical Intensive Care Unit

Provides patient care in the Neuro ICU, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Supervises non‐RN personnel, delegates and oversees unit activities as Charge Nurse when needed, and conducts discharge planning. Maintains documentation and uses electronic medical records to track outcomes, ensures adherence to unit policies, and supports ongoing patient and family education. Requires neonatal ICU experience and an active Connecticut RN license; performs responsibilities across multiple neuro procedures and airway management for patients on ventilators.
