Registered Nurse (RN), Nursery

Accurately perform patient assessments, identify needs, and initiate appropriate nursing interventions for newborns. Provide care tailored to the condition and age of the patient while performing timely documentation and revising the Interdisciplinary Care Plan. Conduct QI assessments and leverage specialized plan-of-care interventions to serve as a patient-care innovator. Requires current state RN license, Bachelor's degree, BLS within 14 days, and ACLS/PALS within six months. One year of experience preferred. Part-time day shift at North Alabama Medical Center, supporting families during newborn transitions within the Lifepoint Health network.
