Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Supervisor Full-Time Evening Shift

Assign staff according to policies and ensure equal distribution of duties while completing rounds to assess residents and care needs. Manage and discipline staff as necessary, resolving performance issues constructively and promoting accountability. Direct delivery of patient care includes answering call lights, assisting with ADLs, and implementing nursing interventions from care plans. Maintain a safe environment by ensuring proper documentation, completing QAPI and labor forms, and attending team meetings. Handle crisis situations promptly and coordinate facility activities to ensure appropriate neighborhood functioning.
