Job Summary
Conduct clinical assessments, develop care plans, and administer treatments under the direct supervision of a licensed Registered Nurse. Collect patient data, interpret diagnostic results, and provide discharge teaching while adhering to infection control and medication administration policies. Manage clinical situations, delegate care to appropriate personnel, and monitor unsafe working conditions. Document all patient care variations and resolve issues through QI processes. Fulfill unit calls based on census and acuity. Complete all residency curriculum classes, workshops, and competency validations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing program approved by the State Board of Nursing
- Current RN compact/multistate license recognized by the NCSBN Compact State
- Licensed to practice as an RN in the state the team member is working
- NCLEX testing date provided prior to hire
- Passing score on NCLEX
- Licensure with State Board of Nursing
