Job Summary
Nurse Manager responsible for the management and leadership of a nursing unit, directing the nursing process, supervising RNs/LPNs/CNAs, coordinating comprehensive care planning with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining accurate resident records, and promoting QA and continuing education to support quality outcomes and resident safety.
Required Qualifications
- Current registration, as a Registered Nurse, in the State of Minnesota
- Must have successfully completed or seek certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and emergency care for the health care provider
- Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing facility or assisted living community
- Bachelor of Science Nursing Degree
