Job Summary
Develop and manage nursing care activities, implementing care delivery models that enhance patient, employee, and provider satisfaction. Administer financial oversight for nursing programs, standardize systems, and integrate performance improvement strategies to support strategic business initiatives. Lead a multidisciplinary workforce in compliance with regulatory standards while fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and accountability across hospital departments. Optimize resource allocation to drive service line development and standardized nursing practice. Requires 3 years of acute care leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree, RN licensure, and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
