Job Summary
Manage and lead a specific nursing unit by evaluating resources, delegating tasks, and directing the nursing process including systematic data collection, assessment, care plan development, implementation, and revision. Supervise resident care through a well-defined delivery system while ensuring quality outcomes. Maintain current Minnesota RN registration and BLS certification. Work full-time in Monarch's network of 60+ skilled nursing and assisted living facilities across Minnesota, supporting our mission to improve resident quality of life through innovative care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- current registration, as a Registered Nurse, in the State of Minnesota
- successfully completed or seek certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and emergency care for the health care provider
- ability to communicate verbally and in writing when directing the care of residents
