Job Summary
RN Nurse Manager for a full-time 36 hrs/wk night shift (7:00pm–7:30am) leading the nursing department in Stephens Care Center. Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, providing physical and psychological support to residents and families, supervising nursing staff, addressing emergencies during off-hours, reviewing and implementing residents' care plans, assigning residents to care teams in coordination with the Team Leader, and reporting staffing needs to the Director of Nursing.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Must have a valid Ohio nursing license with no infractions.
- A minimum of one (1) year experience as a professional nurse with supervisory/administrative competence.
- Experience in SNF, AL required.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good computer skills.
