RN provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises nursing assistants; ensures adherence to Federal, State, and Local standards; plans shift services with nursing staff; administers medications and maintains accurate documentation; participates in discharge planning, QA activities, and policy compliance; delivers patient-centered care in a 12-hour shift environment and collaborates with physicians to manage resident care plans.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current state license.

- Organized and detailed in work performance.
- Good communication skills with excellent self-discipline and patience.
- Genuine caring for and interest in elderly and disabled people in a nursing facility.
