Job Summary
Coach and mentor nurse leaders across Prisma Health on student programs and nursing initiatives. Develop action plans with leadership partners to implement nursing student programs and validate clinical application of leadership competencies. Provide training to ensure optimal outcomes for education-to-practice readiness programs while identifying barriers and communicating through appropriate channels. Collaborate with Nurse Executives to plan strategic initiatives, review academic program workloads, and evaluate program objectives against shared health center standards. Full-time day shift at Blount Memorial Hospital. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and five years of nursing leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Five (5) years nursing leadership experience with a broad knowledge in clinical leadership functions
- Holds a current RN compact/multistate license recognized by the NCSBN Compact State or is licensed to practice as an RN in the state the team member is working
- Competent in Evidence Based Leadership (EBL) practices
- LEAN and CAP skills
- Effective at data conversion
