Job Summary
Assess and monitor patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate care across the Cardiovascular Service Line including Structural Heart Disease, Electrophysiology, CT Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Cardiac Rehab, and Coumadin Clinic. Educate patients and families, triage high-risk cardiac patients, perform post-operative assessments, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Manage follow-up for patients with cardiac devices and support the implementation of clinical initiatives and protocols. Requires a current state RN license, 2-4 years of acute care or cardiovascular experience, and ACLS/PALS certifications. Required Qualifications
