Registered Nurse (RN Nights)

Assess and plan individual treatment programs, administer medications, obtain diagnostic tests, and assist with medical or minor surgical procedures under Charge Nurse supervision. Count controlled substances, implement clinical aspects of care per established protocols, and document nursing encounters using the SOAP form. Communicate critical information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisory personnel while attending mandatory meetings and training. Provide patient education and activities to ensure optimal outcomes for underserved populations. This role includes night and weekend shift differentials and requires current RN licensure, CPR certification, and minimum one year of clinic experience.
