Registered Nurse (RN) - Nights

Assess and plan individual treatment programs, administer medications, obtain diagnostic tests, and assist with medical or minor surgical procedures under Charge Nurse supervision. Count controlled substances and implement clinical aspects of care per established policies. Document nursing encounters using the SOAP form, attend mandatory staff meetings, and communicate with physicians and supervisory personnel. Requires current RN licensure, CPR certification, and minimum one year of clinic experience.
