Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) Nights in Unity Psychiatric Care. Provides clinical oversight for day-to-day hospital operations, assesses patients in a therapeutic setting, follows physician orders, completes comprehensive nursing assessments, develops and updates treatment plans, directs patient care, conducts group and individual therapy/education, educates families about medications and disorder management, and supervises other mental healthcare workers. Responsibilities include IV administration, venipuncture, discharge planning, and ensuring timely emergency care. Requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience (geriatrics/mental health preferred); RN license; CPR and CPI certifications; willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a Registered Nursing (RN) Degree
- Current State Registered Nursing (RN) License
- Current CPR Certification
- Current CPI Certification
- One (1) year of clinical nursing experience preferably in geriatrics and/or mental health
