Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs, including trach and vent management, in the home. Deliver skilled nursing with clinical judgment while building consistent relationships with the child and family. Utilize clear care plans and physician orders supported by 24/7 clinical assistance and respiratory therapist mentorship. Maintain safety through CDC-aligned PPE protocols and TB screening. Requires current Florida RN license, BLS CPR, and experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, and vent care.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
