Registered Nurse (RN) / Nights

Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit, perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments, and ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately. Interpret assessment and diagnostic data including labs and telemetry, maintain competence in Rapid Response and code events, and instruct and counsel patients and families. Provide timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems while performing other duties as assigned. Full-time night shift from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. with a sign-on bonus of $20,000.
