Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) Nights provides direct patient care in a long-term care/assisted living facility during night shift. Responsibilities include conducting thorough patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, administering medications and therapies per physician orders, performing wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and respiratory treatments, educating patients and families, documenting in the EHR, ensuring regulatory compliance, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, participating in care conferences, and responding to medical emergencies. Requires strong clinical and communication skills, a commitment to patient safety, and an active RN license with a nursing degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
