Registered Nurse (RN) Nights

Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment, including administering medications and treatments, monitoring resident conditions, and collaborating with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and other team members to promote high-quality care. Maintain documentation to meet clinical and regulatory standards, follow infection control and safety protocols, and communicate care needs effectively with residents and families. Shifts available: Nights (6PM-6AM), with emphasis on resident safety, timely interventions, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
