Job Summary
Nurse on a full-time night shift providing trauma-sensitive, recovery-oriented crisis nursing care. Responsibilities include conducting nursing assessments, developing and executing individualized care plans, health education, case management, administering prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring crisis services align with state laws, and delivering direct or indirect nursing care to patients in inpatient and outpatient settings. Requires RN licensure in Oklahoma (eNLC accepted) with progression through Level I-III based on experience; shift is 8:00 pm–8:00 am (12-hour) in Lawton, OK. Emphasizes commitment to patient well-being and safety within a mental health/substance use treatment context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Nursing and possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma RN license as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or RN License recognized by the eNLC and one year of professional nursing experience (Level III)
- Bachelor’s in Nursing and possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma RN license as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or RN License recognized by the eNLC OR ADN with one year of professional nursing experience (Level II)
- Associate in Nursing and possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma RN license as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or RN License recognized by the eNLC (Level I)
- Unrestricted Oklahoma RN licensure
