Job Summary
RN (Registered Nurse) Nights at Corydon Specialty Care (71-bed long-term care skilled nursing community) in Corydon, IA. Full-Time, Nights. Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing environment, lead daily clinical operations on the unit, administer medications and treatments on time, monitor resident status, collaborate with CNAs and the interdisciplinary team, coach CNAs to promote high-quality care, communicate with residents and families about care needs, document care to meet clinical and facility standards, and follow infection control and safety protocols. Requires valid Iowa RN license (or ability to activate) and current CPR certification; knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws.
Required Qualifications
