Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment, administering medications and treatments accurately and on time; monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status; collaborate with CNA, LPN, and other interdisciplinary team members to promote high-quality care; document care to meet clinical, regulatory, and facility standards; uphold infection control, safety, and compliance protocols. Shifts available: 6pm to 6am, with Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities. Care Initiatives offers competitive wages with shift differentials and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in good standing (Iowa) or ability to activate
- Current CPR Certification
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations
- Commitment to empathy, respect, patience, and discretion in care of residents
