Job Summary
Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a 45-bed skilled nursing environment while supporting daily clinical operations. Administer medications and treatments accurately, monitor resident conditions, and respond promptly to status changes. Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and providers to promote teamwork, communicate effectively with families, and document care to meet regulatory standards. Adhere strictly to infection control, safety, and compliance protocols. Full-time and part-time night shifts (6 PM–6 AM) available with a competitive hourly rate plus shift differential. Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in good standing
- License must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate
- Current, valid CPR Certification
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws
