Job Summary
Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment while supporting daily clinical operations and ensuring quality care and resident safety. Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time, monitor resident conditions to respond promptly to status changes, and collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members. Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs, document care accurately to meet clinical and regulatory standards, and follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols. Full-time shifts available from 6pm to 6am with competitive hourly wage plus shift differentials. Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in good standing
- License must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate
- Current, valid CPR Certification
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws
