Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment during night shifts (6pm–6am) as a Full-Time Registered Nurse. Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time; monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status. Collaborate with CNA, LPN, providers, and the interdisciplinary team to promote teamwork and high-quality care. Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs; document care to meet clinical, regulatory, and facility standards; and follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols at all times. Held within Southridge Specialty Care’s 82-bed facility in Marshalltown, IA, this role emphasizes compassionate, empathetic care and adherence to regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws
