Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions while managing medications and promoting the physical and psychosocial well-being of seniors. Create a comforting atmosphere through supportive presence and foster teamwork with nursing and facility staff to ensure coordinated care. Work the 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM night shift within a skilled nursing environment focused on geriatric care excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
