Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift

Coordinate nursing care for residents by assessing conditions, implementing physician orders, administering medications, and documenting treatments. Supervise LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs while leading team conferences to develop individualized care plans. Assign nursing tasks based on resident needs and staff capabilities, ensuring supplies are utilized economically and equipment is maintained safely. Report pertinent observations and reactions, and assist physicians with special tests within the scope of the Nursing Practice Act. Schedule and direct nursing staff, participate in orientation and in-service training, and interview applicants for hiring recommendations. Work nights from 6pm to 6am at MediLodge of East Lansing, Michigan's largest provider of long-term care and rehabilitation services.
