Registered Nurse (RN), Night Shift, Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Educate patients and families on the continuum of care while developing individualized plans of care for the ICU population. Serve as role models to Level I nurses, mentor students and colleagues, and conduct purposeful rounding from a patient and family perspective. Identify impending changes in patient conditions to initiate corrective action, utilize equipment and technology correctly, and participate in evidence-based practice improvements. Demonstrate professionalism adhering to ANA standards and Adventist HealthCare values while delegating non-nursing duties to maximize efficiency.
