Job Summary
Provide one-on-one patient care in the privacy of the patient's home, building close relationships to empower clients to remain independent. Maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements while promoting personal safety and a safe environment for clients. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver compassionate care. Work 12-hour night shifts for Friday, Saturday, and Sundays with every other weekend availability, requiring travel up to 60 miles and willingness to work in multiple homes. Current license as a Registered Nurse, BLS certification, and valid driver's license required.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of in-home health care experience
- Must have every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
- Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles
- Must be willing to work in multiple homes (if applicable)
- Current license as a Registered Nurse - RN in the state(s) of practice
- Current hands-on BLS certification and TB test
- Valid Driver's License
