Job Summary
Assess residents and monitor changes in their physical, mental, and emotional conditions while providing nursing care according to individualized care plans and physician orders. Administer medications and treatments safely, coordinate care with nursing assistants, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team, and provide direction to nursing personnel during the shift. Complete clinical documentation accurately, report incidents and adverse events per facility policy, and protect resident rights, privacy, and dignity. Work 12-hour rotating shifts (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM night or 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM day) with weekend differentials in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, and memory care community in Liberty, Missouri.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program
- Current, active Registered Nurse license in the State of Missouri
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team
- Commitment to treating every resident with compassion, dignity, and respect
Desired Qualifications
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or memory care experience preferred
