Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments, manage medications, and document changes in resident conditions while building meaningful relationships through learning life stories. Provide supportive presence to create a comforting atmosphere and lead by example to promote teamwork within the care team. Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated, comprehensive resident care centered on dignity and compassion. Maintain proficiency in geriatric nursing standards and demonstrate C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence to residents, families, and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
