Job Summary
Monitor patients and manage emergencies while assisting with a 4-5 patient assignment on the night shift. Provide holistic, patient-centered care including education on medications and disease processes for diagnoses such as respiratory failure, sepsis, and acute renal failure. Utilize telemetry monitoring and manage high-flow nasal cannula and trach collar care for acutely ill patients. Work 36 hours per week from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., including weekends and holidays per department guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- BSN required
- ADNs candidate are required to commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire
- at least one year experience
- BLS required
Desired Qualifications
- Acute care or sub acute care experience preferred
