Job Summary
Looking for RNs for our Level 4 NICU to work full-time nights. Responsibilities include delivering patient-family-centered care, integrating cultural needs, and utilizing clinical tools for patient care. Requires 12 months of RN experience, preferably in pediatrics. Must have and maintain licensure as a Registered Nurse in Georgia, BLS, and either PALS or PEARS certification within specified periods. Engage in lifelong learning and participate in quality improvement activities.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Georgia or Multi-State
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Pediatric Emergency Assessment Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS) certification
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Previous Level 4 NICU experience
- Previous adult ICU experience
