Registered Nurse (RN) - NICU - Nights

Assess and reassess the health care needs of neonates, determine nursing diagnoses, and implement evidence-based interventions to achieve care goals. Evaluate patient outcomes using critical thinking to recognize problems and reach sound conclusions, while assessing discharge needs and coordinating resources. Provide nursing care through professional judgment guided by current regulations and policy, involving patients, families, and healthcare providers as appropriate. This role supports the NICU's family-centered mission within a 25-bed Level III unit, offering $27.84-$45.46/hr with evening, night, and weekend differentials.
