Job Summary
Assess and reassess the health care needs of neonates, determine nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes, and implement evidence-based interventions to achieve patient goals. Evaluate patient outcomes using critical thinking to recognize problems and reach sound conclusions, while also assessing discharge needs and coordinating care with families and providers. Work in a 25-bed Level III NICU with five neonatologists on staff, providing family-centered care aligned with the organization's ICARE values.
