Job Summary
Provide and coordinate patient-centered care in the NICU, demonstrating knowledge and skills appropriate to the age of patients served. Lead by delegating and working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice and performance in the clinical setting. Perform other duties as assigned. This role requires a Registered Nurse and involves rotating shifts.
