Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from admission through discharge or transfer while managing assigned patient loads. Provide expert care and education to patients in the clinical setting, acting as an advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel. Apply specialized plan-of-care interventions and leverage clinical knowledge of disease processes, procedures, and pharmacological agents to shape exceptional patient journeys. Utilize cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing within the NICU unit.
Required Qualifications
- Current state RN license
- Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
- BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire
- NRP and STABLE required within six (6) months of hire
- One (1) year of NICU experience
- COVID-19 vaccination unless a documented medical or religious exemption is approved
- Subject to Drug and Alcohol Testing according to MT Law 39-2-205-39-2-211
