Registered Nurse (RN)/NICU - Arthur M Blank Hospital

RN for Level 4 NICU providing direct patient care in a Level 4 NICU, functioning as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Utilizes nursing process across the continuum, delivers age- and developmentally appropriate patient-family-centered care, documents and utilizes clinical decision support tools, provides patient and family education, and contributes to safe, efficient care. Responsibilities include ongoing professional development, supervising unlicensed personnel, ethical practice, coordinating care with team members, and facilitating admissions, transfers, and discharges to support timely patient flow. Requires 12 months RN experience (pediatrics preferred) with BLS and PALS/PEARS as required; BSN preferred; GA RN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC.
