Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to assess physical, psychosocial, and environmental factors, developing comprehensive care plans to achieve patient health outcomes. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide personal care, medical care, and rehabilitation while teaching patients and caregivers on disease management and documenting understanding levels. Required Qualifications
