Registered Nurse, RN

Assess, monitor, and document patient symptoms using required software while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans. Serve as a patient advocate by explaining rights, grievance procedures, and reimbursement processes, and evaluate physical, emotional, and safety status to determine caregiver education needs. Supervise and direct aides and licensed practical nurses in accordance with guidelines. Participate in an on-call rotating schedule to provide back-up assistance as requested.
