Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) position with Caris Healthcare in Saint Louis, MO. Responsibilities include assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient symptoms; collaborating with patient, family, partners, and interdisciplinary team to develop individualized plans of care; serving as patient advocate and educating patients and families; observing and evaluating patients' physical and emotional status and education needs for caregivers; supervising and directing aides and licensed practical nurses; participating in on-call rotating schedule and providing back-up assistance as requested. Qualifications include RN licensure in the operating state; hospice or home health experience preferred; strong nursing principles and patient-family teaching knowledge. Required Qualifications
